In Windows Insider Settings, I'm set to Active development of Windows, Fast ring.

Is there anything I can do to get it?

Go to c:\windows\softwaredistribution and delete all files (some will not delete but that is ok), then recheck.

If that does not work, you can create an iso using gitub uupdump - see tutorial, and video in tutorial
