Problems with XP Pro Excel in 17110 Preview

Installed 17110 Insider Preview with no problems except that my MS XP Office Excel will not work. Can’t copy cells etc.

Microsoft Office XP/2002 has been long unsupported, there will be things that don't work properly on Test/BETA versions of the Operating System. I have been successful with the basics of an even older version of Office [2000] on one of my IP computers but only using it for testing. If cost is an issue one might look into the free LibreOffice, quite compatible with Office formats, just doesn't have something like Outlook.

Thanks for the fast response. I do realize that Office XP Pro is long ago unsupported. However, up until the last build (17101 Insider) Excel XP Pro worked fine as it does with non Insider build 1709-16299.248. I do use LibreOffice and do like it. I need to get use to finding the commands. It is hard for some of us old dogs to learn new tricks.

I know what you mean. I'm only 48, for the 30th time.
