Application blocked from using graphic's hardware

what causes this and is there a fix,all drivers up to date happens most with Edge and Firefox, build 17093.
I have standard win 10 on another partition and have never seen this.

"standard" indicates the RTM/released version [Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 16299.214 [latest] while 17093 refers to Windows 10 Insider Preview Version 1709 Build 17093.1000. The Insider Preview is a test/BETA version and there will be problems, need to use the Feedback app in it to report to Microsoft. I don't much use Edge on my 2 IP computers and Firefox 58.0.2 64-bit is not giving any problems on either IP or RTM computers.
