    Not Upgrading Anymore Confused.Com

    Hi Guys
I am on Slow Release Next Version of Windows but not had an update since Oct 2017.
My current version is 17025.rs_prerelease. 171020-1625?

Any idea why i am no longer getting updates?

I believe that 17083 has been released to both rings.

Try putting it in Fast Ring......then give it a couple of days to take affect.

You mean you get a different quote from confused.com on slow ring?

That is weird but then Expedia.com quotes more depending on your OS. Could be some weird price discrimination like this I guess: Mac and Android Users Charged More on Shopping Sites Than iPhone and Windows Users

Sorry didn't read your question properly before. Last slow ring here (Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Advanced) is 17025 so it seems you are already on latest slow ring.

What do you mean your system wouldn't run fast ring? You want to try and fix it or wait?

You could try making an ISO and clean installing if upgrade is the problem. See here: UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files Installation Upgrade Tutorials

    Wait until (probably) April.

A week or so before the next feature build is given to public the slow ring will upgrade to what the public release will be. At this point just drop out of insider program. You will not need to reinstall anything and will carry on on Public release schedule. Even if you miss it, on slow ring you'll have a while to just leave the program without having to reinstall.

That is how it worked every previous release anyway.

If you are following forums it should be obvious if the build is the public one - people will be saying things like "there isn't a watermark", "is this RTM" and so on for a few weeks before.

Whatever you do don't join the fast ring skip ahead or you'll miss this jumping off point and have to wait until (perhaps) September.
