New keyboard settings in 17074 removed my hardware keyboard

I've noticed, that spell check in native MS apps (Edge etc.) doesn't work in build 17074 as it was before. Played with text suggestion settings as this is the only new stuff in latest two builds, that could cause that and in build 17074 found out, that I have only touch keyboard left (I don't have touch keyboard) under keyboard options (this is new place, MS hide suggestion and similar setting into).

Can't add another Slovenian keyboard, and settings are now only under EN-US language.

    Any ideas?

This is .1002 update (latest build). Maybe it's time to do a clean install, but will wait few days, I anybody finds solution...

Yes, in 1709 it's working as it should.

I've noticed in both of my IP computers that the keyboard doesn't get recognized by the log-in screen while the mouse does. Unplugging and plugging the keyboard does get the log-in to recognize it. In both instances the keyboard is recognized after Windows has loaded. Must be a timing issue with the way devices are being loaded. After using the mouse to log in then the keyboard usually allows typing the password or PIN. If no password has been set the mouse has to be used to get Windows loading.

@Berton, I was referring just to keyboard settings, which affect language options. Didn't have any trouble during sign in, or typing in English.

Thread title could be somehow misleading, admit. Anyhow, maybe someone could clear up your issue.

My wife's machine was missing a CD-ROM drive after being on the Slow Ring (17025) for a month or two - she told me there were some updates before 17074.1002. Her CD/DVD actually showed up in Device by clilicking View s-> Show hidden devices in Device Manager. Did know it was there before - would have save a lot of past problems for me. Anyway if the keyboard device shows up hidden delete it and reboot. Windows will rescan the systems device and it might magically reapper.
