Why won't Windows 10 let me set my insider level anymore?

I am not sure when this started (it was recently) but Windows 10 used to let me choose what I wanted for my Windows Insider level (if any at all). (Also keep in mind on my computer I have the only account on it so I am the administrator.), Now if I go under the Windows Insider Program section of the Settings application it says "Your organization manages Insider Preview builds through a telemetry Group Policy setting." This may have happened when we changed routers (I have no idea why it would have but that did change recently). I do not see what else it would have been from however no one in my "organization" has purposefully changed my ability to make decisions such as this as far as I am aware. How did this happen and what can I do about it?

Hello, @Rammstein420. I don't see that in my build 17063. In fact I haven't seen it for a few builds. Is that the build you have? Please post a shot of what you have.

My windows Build is: Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.125) Windows 10 Home 64bit
