Halfway down this page is a link to the latest nightly. GitHub - Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu: Reborn of Classic Shell.

Now this is why I dislike open-source (as much as I like freeware) - forks causes a mass of confusion.

What's the best way to transition from Classic Shell to Classic Start?
Is there a clean uninstaller for Clasic Shell? If so, please provide a link.

I see the name is changing, too!

They didn't help themselves by initially choosing a name (Classic Start) that was already in use.
