This update makes your Search Bar turn white & there is no way to uninstall it & also affects your system restore also as you can not use it to go back as it will fail. DO NOT USE IT!
That's good, here on 2 PC's it didn't work. But you cant uninstall that update. I see this search bar issue isn't from that update as I hear 1709 had it as 1703 was grey.

I use that & downloaded the default it went back to grey but as soon as i type in it goes white & stays there again. not seem to work.

It works till you type in the search box then goes back to white. The only way I got it back is to go to settings, personalization, colors choose default app mode check dark & it goes back to grey but also the settings app etc. goes black instead of white but till they fix it I can live with it.
