From an M$ perspective it makes sense to have differing issues released at same time.
Easier to identify if the same bugs occur on each issue, especially with an enormous amount of insiders on different setups to count on.
This of course will not please all Insiders, but M$ are doing it for their benefit during development, but eventually it benefits all.
Thanks for posting the link to this on the 17046 Insider thread, Shawn. :)
Just got my email. These are some exciting new features indeed.
I noticed the footnote. Just like some features, such as Cortana, it may not be available in all regions. May also need certain hardware or software as well. O365 as one I would assume.
1. Features may be available in selected markets; experience may vary by region and device. Windows 10 Insider Preview may be substantially modified before it’s commercially released. Microsoft makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the information provided here. Some product features and functionality may require additional hardware or software.
Seems like exciting times ahead. I'm looking forward to all of this.
Speaking of this "new" A/B tests for the insiders announced earlier, Photos has just been updated in Skip Ahead and there is a new toggle in "Settings", now it turns out that an "invitation" is needed to receive the new features and preliminary functions of the app, it is not supposed that precisely for that I am in Skip Ahead? to receive ALL the new features not only of the OS but also of the inbox apps? LOL, I have already activated the toggle but the invitation has not arrived, who knows how long it will take or if it will arrive...
Edit: With this update they also added some 3D effects that have to do with the dates that are coming, as they did before Halloween:

If someone else does not like or disagree with this (relatively) new A/B testing system that Microsoft is going to implement with the insiders, please upvote this comment in the Feedback hub: https://aka.ms/L9f2r1
Upvoted, totally discriminatory without even an explanation of criteria by which they would decide who get's it or not !!! Not holding my breath that something would change soon. I suspect o365 and 2016 would be first to get.
