@bordi you have nice collection of starting Reliability history, so here's another one

Pin Control panel in Taskbar, most used tasks from Control panel will build a context menu which you can pin to stay there... I only have to right click on Control panel icon and select Reliability History...

Thanks mate that method works too, I always have control panel pinned to the taskbar ever since I heard we might lose it altogether in the future versions of windows.

I’ll save it here so we can all help ourselves when the time comes :)

You can also navigate to it from the 'GodMode' folder; (unless they depreciate that too!)

Right click that, and you can create a shortcut on the Desktop. Put it anywhere you wish.

Could it be because the licenses were already attached to your Microsoft ID, and remembered the settings on the second install?

Also, did you let it check for updates when installing?

I used an unactivated install with a local account and had no internet. No sign of third party apps even after I turned internet on and logged in to MS Store.

On another test vm, same as above except internet was on initially, it did not install 3rd party apps initially but later did.

So the act of not having internet access initially stopped any 3rd party apps being installed eve. If internet later on etc.

I have just been to the Github UUP Dump and 17046 is not listed there anymore. Can somebody confirm this.
