I find no logical explanations for this Outlook & Explorer crash issue. Have tested on another partition, clean installing 17046 does not have this issue, upgrade from v. 1709 to 17046 has the issue.

Feedback Hub: Feedback Hub - Windows InsiderI keep Outlook 2016 always open, usually minimized to notification area. Since upgrading to 17046, every 30 minutes to 4 hours first Outlook crashes and restarts, followed by Explorer crashing and restarting. As it only takes a few seconds for Outlook and Explorer to restart, this is more an annoyance than a big issue. However, as this is so regular, I think it's worth to report. PC works just fine after this crash cycle which lasts only seconds.
See Event Viewer screenshots:
- Screenshot_1.jpg > First, every time this happens, RunTime Broker crashes first
- Screenshot_2.jpg > Next one to crash is Outlook
- Screenshot_3.jpg > Immediately after Outlook crashing, Explorer crashes. In event viewer Outlook and Explorer crashes have the same time

Computer was booted today at 09:18 CET. Since then, this "crash cycle" has occurred as follows (all times CET):

- At 19:46
- At 20:56
