Basically we download necessary files to create an iso without actually needing to download them via the normal Fast Ring upgrade. The files are downloaded about as fast as they can possibly be downloaded with this method. I go from starting to dowload uup files to starting to create iso in about 6 minutes!

Actually, I was trying to find the post from Levo (can't remember whole ID) that was first posted on the 17040 thread, then many, many posts with it making mods and changes and everything.

I don't think it's a tutorial here.

I and anybody outside the Americas would definitely not be so happy as many of us are already inconvenienced. For us in UK, even later would be really bad!

In fact, I believe personally all releases should be at Midday on UTC zone 0 (GMT/BST in UK) as that would be fairest for all nations !
