Used to get the new Builds as they came out. Not now though.
I think it's because Microsoft paused the availability of all the builds due to a bug:

Set to Fast. Unless when I go back to the Windows Update it changes to Slow.

OK, I followed the link Leo gave and although I succeeded in getting Build 17046, it looks like it's no longer possible.

Maybe Microsoft will wake up and smell the roses . . . or Not . . . For myself, I'm having no issues so far.

Hey guys and gals, I wonder if one of you could try something for me as I discovered something odd.

I installled 10 Pro in a hyper-v vm without any network switch (so no internet access) and of course a local account can only be setup.

I noticed a lot of apps had the down arrows and assumed that would sort itself out when I added internet access. Now here is the odd thing - none of the 3rd party crapware stuff was listed in my menu. So no wonder the tiles had down arrows even after internet was enabled.

So I was wondering if one of you could duplicate my findings - 16299 or Insider as you prefer.

EDIT - now I am totally confused - I set up a second new vm with a local account and internet access but none if the stuff like Candy crush is anywhere to be seen.

How can this be possible?
Could it be because the licenses were already attached to your Microsoft ID, and remembered the settings on the second install?

Also, did you let it check for updates when installing?

Yeah, not available anymore, thank goodness.

Check your Reliability History to see if they are being logged as successfully installed. Just follow the path/steps underlined at the top in this pic.

That's the ancient way. WinKey > Type reli > Enter > Bam!

You can also click Start and type rel . . . View Reliability History will pop up, then just hit enter and voila!

Since there have been several ways posted on how to run the Reliability Monitor, I just found another one . . .

Press Winkey and when the menu comes up, start typing rel . . . View Reliability History pops up and you can hit Enter.

Basically, pressing the Start Button brings up the Start Menu; as well, pressing the Winkey on your keyboard brings up the Start Menu. Once you're there, start typing what you want to search for.
What a lovely bunch of people you all are, thank you all very much :)

@bordi you have nice collection of starting Reliability history, so here's another one :)

Pin Control panel in Taskbar, most used tasks from Control panel will build a context menu which you can pin to stay there... I only have to right click on Control panel icon and select Reliability History...

Andre, you're the second one to give instructions on Control Panel, but so far, my system won't follow 'em.

I see either this: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 17046 for PC-control-panel-1.png

Or this: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 17046 for PC-control-panel-2.png

It's under System and Security.. When you click on System, select Maintenance. but it really makes sense only when pinned to taskbar like it was shown before
