In my experience using the Miniserver program there will be several UUP files downloaded. To make an ISO from these files you will need an UUP to ISO convertor.

Here is a link with more information concerning this process. It is not rocket science, but it is somewhat cumbersome until you have done it a few times.

@cereberus Were you able to make the ISO? I keep getting a error about the ESD not being a original MS ESD file.
    Worked perfectly for me.

I am glad that more people know and start using this tool, I have already made too many comments and feedback about the UUP system and Microsoft does not pay attention to them, apparently they think that this system works perfectly and I don't think they make many changes, for some insiders work excellent, but for others like me, the download and installation times are insufferable, for months now I don't use WU to install the builds, yesterday, just out of curiosity, I went back to use it and nothing has improved, thanks to author of this wonderful tool I don't have to deal with that anymore.

I'm Using the Tenforum guide by Kari. When I add the ESD I get a error about it not being a official MS ESD file.

You are using wrong tool from wrong tutorial. You should download all UUP files to a folder, then use the UUPtoISO tool & tut to create ISO.

The files you download have nothing to do with ESD upgrade where one ESD file contains whole upgrade. The set of files downloaded are UUP upgrade files, not ESD.

The files being downloaded are .esd files.

You are not understanding. The ESD to Iso tutorial is for the old style updates where you get a single install.esd file.

The new uup to uso tutorial is for when you get multiple esd files. These files have to be (in effect) "knitted" together to create an iso.

... but they are not for ESD upgrade! It's of course up to you not to believe me, you may continue trying the ESD to ISO tool and fail with it as many times as you want to.

However, if you want to make the ISO, download the UUP files (including ESD files belonging to UUP upgrade package) and use the UUP to ISO tool.

It's of course your choice, do as advised to get the job done or ignore the advice and fail.

I appreciate you linking the tool. Thanks. Excuse my ignorance, but how does one use it?

Do you have an idea why some of you have such a long install problem?
