I have no trouble using Kari's tutorial and the UUP to ISO method -- have been using it without problems since Kari introduced it. I have all the steps in my head, in fact, I have used it so much. Every time, it works. I think when some people introduce another method some users are getting confused and putting the two together somehow. Marty, I am glad to know you are using it without problems, too.
I've had no issues with it either - works every time like clockwork.

Yes it works perfectly thank you. It does take a bit of time (30 min?) on a VM with Storage Problems (which are now inidcated by the red excamation screenshot I uploaded - also there is a new program that is initiataed in low storage environments - I will need to uninstall OneDrive on most if not all of the VMs because of the Build 17040 I uploaded <I believe there is a workaround for this but uninstalling OneDrive works fine>).

Your tool is downoading a lot of other files that has nothing to do with ESD. These files is what makes UUP UUP and not ESD. Yes UUP use a few ESD file...but those files only contain the core OS files, which is far from the full OS, and the ESD tool here at TenForums has no understanding of what to do with the rest of the UUP files.
This is what I'm doing on my laptop. First I run update.cmd as admin. Then I run run.cmd as admin. When I get to the web page I choose Windows Insider and Skipahead. Then I choose US Enlish and Windows 10 home. This is the files that download.

I have no idea what this is. You must be following Leo’s formula — it Is not Kari’s

I know it's not Kari's. Never said it was. It's the files downloaded with the program suggested by LEOPEVA64.

There are several UUP files that are missing in that folder, as I said before, I am not an expert on this but I have a question, during the download process did you have any errors like these?:

I think that is the problem, those errors have to do with the Microsoft servers and not with the tool itself, all you have to do is close the tab in the browser and close the CMD window, then re-execute the tool without deleting the files that were already downloaded, as I show you in these 2 images, the first time those 4 files had errors, but in the second attempt they were downloaded without any problem:

I downloaded the UUP files from the en-us home version and this is how that folder looks:

Ignore those who say ".aria2" at the end.

Tried it 5 times and nothing changed. Are you using Edge? I'm using Firefox 57. I wonder if using Edge as my default browser would help. I'll give it a try.

Chrome 62, but I do not know if it has to do with the browser or not.
