Am I only one bored with all the silly replies about AMD. As a couple of guys say, it is just an Insider build - MS will fix issue sooner or later - end of story.

No, you are not the only one.
I've had to skip a few builds because they have told in release notes that language packs are not available or do not work in released build. Not a big deal, I've just waited they to release a new build with working language packs.
NoteAs it seems that certain members have chosen to start criticizing everything they deem to be against their beliefs and opinions, I feel I have to add this note before some "clever" member posts something like "You can't compare missing lang packs to not getting a build to AMD machine":
Yes, I know there are only quite limited amount of language pack users, those needing them, compared to AMD users and therefore these cases about having to skip a build because missing language pack and having to skip a build because it is not released to AMD machines cannot be directly compared.
However, my point is that as far as I know and believe, most of us have had to skip a build or two for various reasons. Whatever that reason is or has been, in most cases Microsoft and Insider team have resolved the issues and we have successfully upgraded to future builds. In beta testing you cannot expect everything to work always.
I'm sorry. If Build 17040 is realeased without support for AMD CPU's MS will need to explain why. Maybe they should setup a seperate ring for testing on Intel processors.
It was explained in this one, and I'm sure it will be in the next if there's another bug with AMD processors.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a bug that causes PCs with AMD processors to bugcheck during upgrading to current builds, we are blocking PCs with AMD processors from receiving this build. We are investigating and working to fix so we can remove this block.
