Well using an iso created by a kind user here, and I am using iso to upgrade a vm on my AMD laptop in Hyper-V (it is my understanding Hyper-V vms still use same cu drivers as host but no expert).

So far in phase 1 and no issues.

Not sure this upload worked. Seems to have.
Yes, that is Cliff's thing. I ran it as usual, all completed, no SFC errors, rebooted, made no difference.

Version from build is newer than latest on OneDrive site.

I'm gonna try again to completely uninstall it (Revo), reboot and install the one from OneDrive site. Don't expect much.

OneDrive app from Store works perfectly. And fast.

Anyone else having this issue, please upvote in Feedback Hub (not my feedback, I've just upvoted). There seems to be at least two threads:
You could also reply to my tweet about this:

Wzor's ISO failed to boot. Has anybody made a bootable ISO from this build? If so, can you share a link? TIA

I’m waiting to see what your outcome is—may Attempt this, too, if successful.

It really is strange, no bizarre, the same members each have the same problems with each new iteration.
In what must be close to 100off W10 Insider releases I have never ever been unable to update....the only conclusion I can reach is most of the problems encountered are self made, or some members need to find a witchdoctor to remove the curse.

I've had issues in actually getting the update to show up in WU, but IIRC, only once did it last more than a single day from the initial release.

A quote from an earlier post of yours in another thread:

Without doing anything in updating, I now have an endless loop reinstalling unsuccessfully....reverting back to 16281.

Referring to quote below, did you find out if your PC was cursed, or what self inflicted reason caused that failed update in your case?

    Intel CPU Update

Completed the update to 17035 last night which required the normal >than an hour timeframe. Many of the start menu icons were incomplete and all of my added MSFT and 3rd party app icons did not appear. I rebooted and the normal start menu icons were filled in but were not where I left them in 17025. All my personally added icons had to be re added. I still have not received the Adobe Flash update to Ver. 27.0.0.183 It is still on .130
