Yes. My guess is that they're in the middle of transitioning it to the Settings equivalent. Last time I saw it (as of RS3, at least), it went here: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System.

Why? Did I mess up the builds? 17017 was the first offered to non-skippy, right? Half of us have a problem with volsnap.sys... BSOD or GSOD at restart

re rt click mine works OK, might be because mine allready on my desktop via a shortcut.

back to a 2 hr+ install failed first time

And my old hp laptop came in at 3 hours and 30 minutes. But at least reliable. Still waiting for the AMD fix.
