OK Signed into Windows as Administrator. Running this session with Windows Ten forum using Edge.
Note that I cannot link a Microsoft Account under an Administrator login. Otherwise I am at the level I should be to receive updates.

This on a Oracle VM. What kind of CPU do they emulate? Intel or AMD? How do I check?
Edit: I'm running on my Lenovo K450E which has a Intel Core i7-4770.

I'm not getting this update on the physical machine (administrator login) or on any of the 3 Hyper-V machines. I'll just let this puppy run overnight and if there is still no action - well I suppose you can kick me out of this forum (which will enormously satisfy one user who has blocked me so I doesn't have to look at my screen-prints) and will get the 17035 combo iso from Wzor who as far as I can see is supported by Microsoft whether they admit it or not. Then I will run setup.exe from that ISO which I will mount. This Insider Program has become a major PITA pain in the ass - Wiktionary

I run Vipre Advanced Security as my main Antivirus/firewall, and with previous builds have run Defender periodic scans as well. With build 17035 the Settings\Update & Security\Windows Defender/Turn on Windows Defender Antivirus button just opens the Defender page, but does not populate the page, and the page auto-closes after 4 - 5 seconds while Vipre is running. If I shutdown Vipre the defender page populates and stays up. Restarting Vipre has the same effect. I have set the Windows Defender folders in Program Files, Program Files (x86) and Program Data as excluded in Vipre, without that changing this effect. I have restarted Windows several times since installing Build 17035, without any change to this apparent conflict.

Got a late start but took 1 hr. 45 min. to install including ISO. Maybe took 15 minutes to install after restart. Was shaky on the login at the end and it restarted the PC and gathered data saying there was a problem but it seems ok now.
Off now to check it out.
One thing...it could not log onto the Cloud.
Properties on This PC works ok.
