Update: Looks like a new build today.

#WindowsInsiders: It’s the first time we’re flighting a build from #websummit! Fingers crossed we don’t take down Wi-Fi!

I never thought of my system as slow considering its age

Interesting. My machine is a Core i7 965 EE based machine, but with much newer graphics and storage installed.

    Here are my results:

    UserBenchmarks: Game 57%, Desk 54%, Work 41%
    CPU: Intel Core i7 965 - 55%
    GPU: Nvidia GTX 970 - 67.7%
    SSD: SanDisk Ultra II 960GB - 51.4%
    SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB - 62.2%
    SSD: Intel X25-M 80GB - 36.2%
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB - 54.6%
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB - 60.7%
    USB: hp x702w 128GB - 40.2%
    USB: hp x702w 128GB - 41%
    USB: SDXC Card 64GB - 20.9%
    RAM: Unknown 3x4GB - 56.7%
    MBD: EVGA X58 3x SLI Classified 3

Interesting that it lists my memory as 'unknown' when I am using the default settings for the Mushkin RedLine mem I have installed, though....

    EDIT: Added the following:

I originally stayed this build in 2011, having purchased the processor earlier that year via eBay, so this machine is 6 years old, but graphics and storage have been upgraded multiple times since then.

Took my old Dell from Fast to Update only now to Slow and it uploaded and installed 17025 with no issues. It actually went quite quickly (under 2hrs) compared to other Insider builds installed on that machine.

"Pin More Than 3 Contacts" to Taskbar Tweak seems to work again in this Build.

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\People]
    "TaskbarCapacity"=dword:0000000a
(Code is for 10 but I have it set for 20)
