A bit tired for hearing "We do not support clean install of Insider builds from self made ISO images", especially when there are no Fast Ring ISO images available, yet for instance 17025 release notes say among other things this:
(Quote from 17025 release notes at Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17025 for PC - Windows Experience BlogWe fixed an issue where clean installing Windows while not connected to the internet might result in default Start tiles showing download arrows indefinitely rather than the expected image.
I decided to check if there is a way to clean install latest Fast Ring build in a way that must be supported. Found one, wrote a tut. Here it is:

I don't know what has happened to Edge in this version but on this old laptop it's blazingly fast. First unusual thing was logging in after the 17025 update and no 'Hi We're setting up a few disasters' screen. So far all apps update ok and no problems with Store. Think I will run with Edge for a while and let Vivaldi take a back seat.
Another thing I've noticed is that the CPU usage is much lower now when opening a new page/tab in Edge compared to Vivaldi.
Couldn't fix problems with Store and Right click menu on Start plus few assorted ones like with printer. So I did Fresh start, it kept some programs but not many. Had to reinstall most of them but some time ago I collected installation files and registrations for ones that need it in a folder so I don't have to chase them thru multiple disks. Now everything works like it should. Longest time took to customize Start menu and Tiles. Still working on it.
