I don't have that, Store opens normally. What I have found is that the upgrade has turned back on the 'Update apps automatically' setting.

    Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I have 2 Dell Desktops. Both with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I got the Fall CU on one with windows update. On the other I decided to down load KB4043961 MSU 64bit from the Microsoft Catalog. When I tried to install it, it said this was not compatible with my system. So I had to go thru the slow download again with Windows Update.

    Nope, no Zemana, only Malwarebytes.

Of course it wasn't. KB4043961 is just a cumulative update for 1709. You have to have Fall Creators Update installed before you can use it

So I had to go thru the slow download again with Windows Update.
I find using the MCT to make ISO or USB media then using that to do the upgrade is the fastest way. Particularly if you have two or more PCs to upgrade (as you only have to download once).

Win 10 pro Upgraded from 8.1

Thanks Bree, I had downloaded MCT, just had a fail on my notebook thought I might try the WU Route to see if any difference. two desktop upgraded with no issues, notebook runs the update but I keep getting log in screen preventing me from getting to desktop. I can see flashes of my desktop and access my files through my P2P network just can't get to desktop. Very strange situation.

I put in my password it is accepted my desktop opens and very quickly the log in screen covers the desktop again keeps going in the loop? I use local account.

Thanks Bree, I thought KB4043961 was the 1709 Fall CU.
