Interesting. My win 10 pro PC upgraded to 16299.19 but my work enterprise PC only upgraded to 16299.15 (checked for updates and it didn't find any).
Download ISO install onto HP Desktop (test machine) all worked fine. Did update to 1709-16299.19 All appears to OK Office 2007 all works fine. Going though Settings to see whats changed.
On same PC, created image and then did fresh install of 1709/15, only failure appears to be driver for "PCI Serial Port" (Which I have)
FINALLY (after 3 long hours of updating) I'm back and also updated to .19...
That took a while? But strangely that effect is not working on my machine (that mousepointer-around-the-edges-thingy)
Just noticed the only option for Edition in the MCT drop down is Windows 10. That should stop people from downloading the wrong edition, and eliminate the confusion (for some) of what edition to download. Quit a few downloaded Home SL thinking it was 10 Home, then couldn't understand why it wouldn't activate. I haven't booted from the MCT thumb drive yet, but I'm thinking there still may be some confusion when people select which edition to install, with all the N versions listed etc. Time will tell.
