I can confirm that the WD MyPassport 1;2;3 and 4 TB drives work perfectly well on 17017. I have used all of them at least once a piece.
My 4 TB WD drive works, however, my system will not boot if it is turned on during boot up. Works fine if I turn it on once into windows. Not sure why I cannot boot into windows with it turned on though????

On my PC get this error when installing update from 16399.15 to 16299.19. Not so on my other PC and laptop running 17017.

It can only be Insiders by definition. It would be statistically close to zero to think only Insiders on this forum has this issue.
