Good luck solving your issue Kari!

    Cheers

I have been running for 19h in a row now and I DO have OneDrive FOD enabled. No issues at all.

Although Controlled Folder Access in Windows Defender is a good thing for most people, I hate it though.

It breaks my Command Prompt output routing to files to my user profile folders. Because I have enabled Quiet Hours in Action Center (I hate those popups that come all the time and takes away my attention from real work), it took me a day before I realized why my command routings are not working as intended. :)

Oh, well...I might get used to this annoyance. CMD working as I want, after I added cmd.exe to the exception list in WD.

Me too! Strange that @Kari is having such a bad time with his installation of 17017 i.c.m. OD FOD...

EDIT: I just found out, that my 16299.15u never got the 16299.19u update, although I never left the IP FAST-ring

I gave up after the 4th attempt

It freezes on widow’s logo after configuring updates and reboots

I've made at least 5 attempts and several through ISO all failed shortly after initial boot. Insider drive still on 17004.
Back on my main partition running 16299.19...oh well....

I'm back in 17004, have to skip 17017 due continuous GSOD caused by Cloud Files Mini Filter Driver cldflt.sys. (like clockwork a GSOD an hour after boot). Tested last night 17017 clean install, same thing, GSOD after an hour, and 17004 clean install directly upgraded to 17017.

17017 works well on virtual machines but not on this laptop.

I think the issue is related to storage hardware drivers, only indirectly affecting the Cloud Files Mini Filter Driver. Have you had any volsnap.sys issues or other driver issues?
