I can't afford to download it many times as I'm on limited (100GB) fast internet plan and after those 100 speed drops to only 2Mbps, I already used up more than 60GB this month. So update has to succeed or I will have to go back to ordinary fast or even slow.

Ordinary Fast will not help as Fast and Skippy are merging with this build.

I still didn't fire up other computer with Fast ring, gonna try same ISO on it. Right now giving this one another go from ISO. If that doesn't succeed will have to drop it to slow, need at least one computer to work properly without all this aggravation.

I have been trying to install this build since 2PM (10/13) and none of my machines upgraded, it failed on all of them

Got this one installed in Hyper-V. No issues to report!

Well, second PC made it from Fast ring.
