Whoever is pressing the RED button over at Redmond, is multitasking too much. They should not announce, nor open the ports in WU for a new upgrade until it has fully been uploaded around the globe on ALL MS servers.

Failing all the time on laptop and all virtual machines on all language versions and editions.

Failing here also!!! Mine tries to Initialize but that lasts about 10 seconds and then goes to the message with the Retry button. Have tried about 10 times.

Someone on en-us or de-de x64 builds can you try again now? All the UUP files are there in place now (but can't check if it's working).
