But if you have Pro, why don’t you switch to Current business branche?

Win10usr wasn't suggesting you change your system for another edition, only a change to the update settings. Would you prefer to get the Fall Creators Update as soon as it's released to retail consumers? Or would you prefer to wait for six months or so until its bug-free enough to be considered as suitable for business users?

If you have Pro the choice is yours. You make it in the advanced settings for windows update by choosing which update branch you want to be on, Current Branch or Current Branch for Business.

No problems after standard CU turnaround of 40 minutes.

Two machines, one laptop with Home, one desktop with Pro, both doing what's become the norm the last few months - appearing 'stuck' at 3% then jumping to 'installing'. Otherwise I have no issues to report. Simply grateful when I get to another logon screen.

Installed on both PCs without any issue, but took way longer than the previous one. No flash update. If there are some upcoming issues, I don't know of them yet so far..

Installed CU on 2 laptops and one netbook. Fast download and installation. No issues so far.
    IE 11 is fine.

We're seeing more and more Win10 users saying this as the months go by. I think Windows 10 is becoming more complex, hence bigger, which makes the updates take longer. After 15 minutes, I'm still at 3%. (But I know it will speed up after I close Edge and stop typing.)

As I always mentioned in this forum, Windows has become an evolving OS, that means we will be seeing a lot of feature updates. My worries are two-fold: First, I can't wait for it to become stable (referring to the bugs mostly in IE & Edge, let alone some incompatibility issues with some hardware). Second, I don't know what to expect from the upcoming big one, namely the Fall Creators update. I am not going to defer the latter, but I am going to make sure to have a good system image backup with Macrium Reflect — like many have mentioned already in this thread — before taking the plunge.

With regard to KB4041676, mine got stuck at 3% for 16 mn, then at 22% for another 5 mn and finally at 66% before arriving to completion. Like many VIP members (Gurus) have mentioned, it seems to have to do with some housekeeping in the background. So, I really never worried about those short periods of hangings

My download has been stuck at 22% for awhile now. I’m getting worried.

Now it says 100% but hasn’t moved beyond that. Sigh
