I got many BDs, also with menus, all of them are working (except a few layout problems with latest Transformers, as mentioned above).
Are your disks commercial ones (or copies), or did you make them yourself? If so, what software did you use?

Through Googling I found a free blu ray player that works in Windows 10 and it even plays Disney blu ray disks.

Do a Google search for Leawo Blu-ray Player.

According to one blog, it use to be a pay program but now the company website is offering it for free.
Thanks for the tip. When I installed Windows 10 TP on one of my laptops I deleted everything and did a clean install. I totally forgot I didn't have a free DVD/Blue Ray player to install so I could use the Blue ray drive. Now I just need to try one of my Blue Ray disk to see if it works.

I tried the Leawo player and it does work - sort of. That means it will mount and play a BluRay ISO file, but it won't start by displaying the main menu; instead it just starts with the first clip on the disk. Sometimes it will show the main menu, but selecting menu items does not work, even with their "mouse emulator" thingy. Sometimes the only way to end the program is with Task Manager.

I understand that asking a player to handle BluRay menus is asking a lot, but that's the kind of disks I make (I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio to edit video and Sony DVD Architect Studio to make BluRay disks with scene selection menus) and I would like to find a player that can play them.

In Win7 I used DVDFb Virtual Drive to mount BluRay ISO files, and an old copy of PowerDVD to play them. This worked OK, but I was hoping I could find a simpler solution in Win10.

    Apparently not yet.
Aww, I wanted it for playing the discs directly with the menus and such. I might as well just buy a proper bluray player.

It was run at least once on that PC. Did you upgrade a PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10? If yes, did you get the Windows DVD App?
Have done Home and Pro. Don't have any Ultimate's come thru my shop unless they are not legit.

The home was done today from a clean install of 7.

And all are done from the usb install.

Yeah, 15 bucks seems a little steep to me? I haven't used mine as of yet so don't really have any idea of its capability?
