Also experiencing this issue. Quite annoying. Sadly your post here is the first thing I've been able to find about it. Would be nice with an official statement from MS recognizing the issue.

As some of our users work pretty much exclusively with mails with attachments we've decided to revert back to
16.0.8326.2107 until a fix is deployed for those users.

We're connecting to Exchange 2010 - would this be the case for you as well?

Can you help with SCCM deployment of this update?
