UPDATE: On Advanced page I could only get as far as to Inbox Apps download then I start getting errors. I can't get any of the Development kits either, which I really need. ...will try tomorrow again as I think I got temporary banned for being too efficient and having too fast internet.

Now I got the rest of 16299 stuff downloaded. Only thing missing are Server 2016 (+ related files) and IoT Core that also need to match same build, then it's time to start hacking and debugging a complete system. :)

Far from it. You could not leave Insider Programme on 16299.0, and it is quite possible user will get updated to next Insider build which is 17017 as Fast and Skippy Rings have merged.

has now been updated to 16299.15.

This link is easiest way now to get Iso.

I installed Windows 10 Insider Preview 16299.15 (rs3_release) and after reboot several programs became impossible to run, also my Norton Security, so I had to reset my computer, that have reset-files that only are two days old, so it are trying to install this preview again..., it failed two times Before it made this installation, and now 4 times in a row, and is still trying.

I don't know how to leave Windows Insight, it seems impossible

My advice: Don't install this crap!
