That is the MCT that makes media for the Anniversary Update (1607, os build 14393.0). You got it on 12th Sept. last year, almost certainly from Microsoft here: Download Windows 10. That's where you'll have to go after 17th to get a new one for the Fall Creators Update (1709, 16299), or go now if you want one for the Creators Update (1703, 15063).
Thanks - bookmarked page - I have been getting isos from WZOR and most recently making them with the UUP 2 ISO tool - I'm up to date on somethings - not so much on others.

I temporarily moved my system into the Slow Ring to download the new version and after the update I moved to the "Just fixes, apps, and drivers" content ring.

I think it's easier to simply download the ESD files directly from Microsoft servers and create the ISO, when the MCT is officially available on the page it will be worth using it.
Not to mention that an ISO made with MCT is ESD based, \Sources\install.esd needing to be first converted to install.wim then replaced if a WIM based media is preferred like for instance if ISO is to be used with DISM repair functions.

I totally agree with this point of view @Kari.

Yep, I downloaded the .ESD I needed and created a WIM-based WinPro only media out of it (removed everything else since I never need them). Now I can service it and upgrade it with CUs and make other modifications as I wish using DISM or compatible. And all recovery tools etc are at my full disposal if I boot it. :)

I used to use MCT in order to get the links for all .ESDs, but now since someone managed to get the full list through other sources there is no need for the tool. Will however DL the updated tool just in case...once available.

Fall Creators Update Crash OS version 16299.15.
Anyone experience this big fault: The program ShellExperienceHost.exe version 10.0.16299.15 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

The solution is not in the control panel, at least not on this machine. From Microsoft the solution is available on either of these websites according to your issue of "no start menu, unable to access setting or "windows shell experience host stopped working" start button not working - installed in local machine not local user in the registery
or Open PowerShell as an admin and type (or paste)
Add-AppxPackage -Path “C:\Windows\SystemApps\ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register The power shell reregister action solved the problem here. For now anyhow.
