    Clean installed 16299.15.

Anyone have "ctfmon.exe" running on task manager? I don't know why this keeps running at startup, noticed that "TabletInputService" is auto-starting too.

I'm in agreement with Kado897; regardless of how close Build 16299.15 is to "RTM", it's still a Windows 10 Insider Program beta/preview. Which means, I'm sure you know, Build 16299.15 should not be installed on a "mission critical" desktop.

I would also add, before the Fall Creators Update is released to the public, you should make a complete backup of your system, just in case something goes bonkers . . . Yeh, yeh, I know you know that, but you'd be surprised at how many folks don't know, or forget about backing up . . .
That's why I'm still a Virtual Machine Windows Insider, until the official Public Release of Windows 10 FCU ! [emoji41]

Good news and no you can't use the one from the ESD to ISO tutorial - it has not been updated.
I just want to add to this, that the UUP to ISO tutorial is ONLY meant for UUP Windows upgrade files coming through Windows Update. It is NOT for converting general ESD files to bootable Setup Media and never will.

I think Ix07 and others are referring to the older ESD to ISO tutorial, not the more recent UUP to ISO one.

Slice, guys are talking about ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File Installation Upgrade Tutorials

I have not updated it because the script and tutorial were only intended to make ISO from Windows ESD upgrade file. Because Microsoft stopped ESSD upgrades I've had no reason to update the script, tutorial showing this warning:

    warning   Warning
As Microsoft has changed the upgrade method from ESD based upgrade to a UUP based, the method told in this tutorial does not work anymore with 15xxx and later builds.

Please see UUP to ISO tutorial for a working method: UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

I think she will be replaced . Not that she is doing a bad job but they maybe rotating people through that position. Carly Simon did write a song about her.:)

It's probably Microsoft's way of punishing their staff :)

This is my 1st time being an Insider kinda guy. Please don't laugh at this silly question I have....

What happens to the build once it upgrades to the Fall Creators? Does it automatically drop all the Insider Preview relations or must i do a clean install?
