I just installed this latest update and I have a little word of warning to everybody. You should put on your best running shoes because this update is so fast and smooth that before you make a cup of coffee you will be running 16299.15.

Updated with no problems and everything is working fine.

Indeed. Didn't have time to finish my coffee (OK, I did, but PC was waiting for me..). Making ISO (this time before restart) now.

Update, ISO and backup went smooth and quick. If this is the RTM, wasn't much need of a Skippy ring.

Apple is bringing iTunes to the Windows Store - The Verge
Thanks, but that is still the Win32 desktop app. Not a UWP app. Many desktop apps are being listed there. Personally I'm trying to stay away from desktop apps as much as possible.

I have been having issues with sleep mode not working properly, so I decided to do a clean install, and it seem to have sorted the issue.

I then went to use onedrive - WTF -No Files On Demand - it was still the old version.

I did the trick of completely uinstalling using Revo Uninstaller with deep scan, and then reinstalled from online web site.

It still reinstalled the old version!

I tried again, updating Store etc. - no joy.

I then rejoined the Insider Programme (having left earlier today), and tried again USING same downloaded installer, and this time it worked.

As far as I can tell, the installer obviously donwloads a different version of onedrive depending if you are using an Insider build or not.

So not everything associated with RTM has gone fully live yet.

Apple is completely derailing imho. Their new CAMERA'S that can make phone calls are way overhyped and -priced. I still have the iPhone 6 Plus, probably my last, but will hold on to it until the release of the X+1! iTunes is one of the worst Apple core macOS apps I have ever used since switching to Apple in 2008.

    Only time will tell...
Are you being serious? With the Apple logo avatar and all? I've heard Apple is heading downhill since Jobs passed on. I can see MS changing a little with Nadella at the helm.

If it doesn't come from a senior Microsoft executive, I will never believe it, sorry!
I just have a problem with bloggers, and freelance journalist.
