Another sign that this is the RTM, if you updated from a previous build look at Settings-Update & Security-Windows Insider Program and click on "Stop Insider preview builds", this was what appeared in build 16299.0 on the bottom:

What appears now in build 16299.15?

So since it's the exact same build as 16299 but without watermark, can we skip it and only get further cumulatives?
I don't feel like installing this just to have the watermark removed.

night light does not work and is greyed out. No ability to turn off or on or change settings.

each time I restart, the internet cannot be found and has to run trouble-shoot to reset the WIFI connection. This is on lappy under this build. Never a problem before.

Yeah - I forgot that option appears automatically on rtm version.

Moreover, you can now leave the Insider Programme now - just done that on my main rig.
