I just got it but it reads Build 16299.19, NOT 16299.20. This post is in response to 24c's post above.

Well, that was remarkably painless. Just upgraded my test machine's Pro (x86) from 1703 to 1709. Everything so far seems to work (hibernation, WiFi, sound, check for updates, etc.) though I do see the icons 'shift to the right' in File Explorer's 'This PC' that others have mentioned.

Mine's trying, and failing, to install 17017.1000!

My content type is now "Active development of Windows" so does that mean I am now in the process of jumping CU and leaping into the future?

Must say I was expecting 16299.20.

They made a typo, 16299.19 is the correct build.

You must set it up like this. I have got the update immediately after restart.

I was posting to 17017–suddenly posts are gone and someone posted about .20 and no posts exist in either place so what gives. I have no 16299.20 or 17017 builds either, just continue to get error messages we have all been getting all morning. So @Brink, what gives with disappearing posts, none of which were derogatory?
