HMMM not so sure about it being RTM, i have to plump for a very quick next IP release.

Based on the additional KB's for Language and Dotnet, cant see them wanting OEM's to have to update.

Pretty much confirms it if leaking in the press. Just searched and see nothing official from MS yet. Any which way, it's getting close. Waiting for the ISO on the Insider or the MCT portal.

you can now select release preview ring in insiders settings which would indicate that this is rtm. Windows 10 central says its rtm and theres no watermark
