    Had that same problem with Skippy. Turned out the graphics driver took a hit and had to uninstall and reinstall a newer version.

    Apart from the normal defender Update, got an
    OnDemand language feature pack KB- anyone else
    (might be coz ,this is a Home version.)

    Restart and Configuring took way longer than normal, still working on updates.

    Looks like just under 2 hr install for me.

    ISO made > Restart > Working on updates after 2nd reboot. All's well, but slow.....
