You ended up checking detailed information about edition with index number 1 instead of checking list of all included editions.
An example in two screenshots, both from same official Windows Insider Build 16278 ISO. First checking detailed information about edition (index) 1, as you did:
Then checking the same ISO but this time not specifying index number, which naturally shows all editions (indexes) the ISO contains:

EDIT:
Didn't notice this at first read:
Of course you can't use the ESDtoISO script for this. That script is exclusively used to create an ISO from a single edition ESD, build upgrades Microsoft delivered as ESD until December 2016.
If you are using the script with multi edition ESD, it selects the first available edition (Windows 10 S) and creates ISO for that.

I double checked. The onedrive.exe is not reinstalled if you flip flop between insider or not, but somehow it is clever enough to tell if insider or not and activate FOD. I think this was how it has worked through insider development, but you could not leave Insider until 16299.15. I think MS have simply forgotten to activate FOD on release version ie this feature is now a bug - lol
it the MCT version it got a few versions on it when you install pick home or pro

How about this? I tweeted Dona this...Because you know, we don't use those terms like RTM anymore. hehehIs Windows 10 v16299.15 going to be what the Media Creation Tool downloads on the 17th?
I have two of my notebooks updated to this version but they're not "mission critical" in the sense that if I have to reload them I don't care. As for my desktop, that's mission critical since I depend upon it every day. Would you say that it's safe to load 16299.15 on it?
