NO! I am talking about Internet Bandwidth Cap in general. All those millions of devices being upgraded at the same time participates in slowing down the whole internet. As all those sites with Flash filled content and where developer has never even heard of AJAX.
Microsoft probably has more cash than The US Government. They did not give away Windows 10 out of the Goodness of their heart. If you pay attention to the builds the first one 10240 was rather simple and the next one got more features and the next more and with the release of The FCU or ACU with mixed Reality , built in Xbox use and all of these features that the average PC today will not run. It does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out how MS will make a fortune by giving away Windows 10.

So we can expect a build in a few hours, it has almost become an habit for her to say that and release a build a few hours later

That means that they did release builds today if they are done with releasing them...

In fact they released a build today for the slow ring, not all insiders are in the Fast ring or Skip Ahead , I think that's why DS said that.

Yeah, that's what we both meant. Not a real release release, just same one to the others. Next question will be.....

    Where is the ISO?

I think you have to roll your own ISO. Now, for example, I have

    17004.1000.170922-2229.RS_PRERELEASE_CLIENTEDUCATION_RET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

I also have a COMBINED ISO for 16299.0 but it is from Wzor (works fine) so I should not list the filename) unless Brink says it's OK (unlikely).

I'm working on extracting 16299.15 Professional from a VB VM (the shared folders are not yet cooperating) and 16299.15 Enterprise is still in process (installing) in a VMware VM. When I have those I'll make them available for a period of time via my Onedrive for the community (I'll run it by Brink before I post the link).

It's irritating that there is no word on build 17010 for Skippy - hopefully at least some word from mistress before the weekend
