OK - now I understand - pretty sure you and Leo did a terrible job of explaining exactly what one should do to get the results you two were discussing. - I can live with this explanation -
Sorry, like I said, I'm not on that build right now, so couldn't post any pics.

"Just fixes, apps, and drivers" is the same as "Just send me early updates"
Ok thanks. I see now that it changes the options.

Not an issue - FYI - just kidding about the "terrible explaining job" remark - somebody has to keep you super geeks alert.

Thanks, Bill! I can always count on you. Just about 3.5 off center!

    Hi,

Guys, this is the RTM build. Just read the release notes on page 1 of this thread:
You could interpret that as "we're testing something" rather than "this is the RTM build".
I imagine the RTM release will be 16299.something, but perhaps not 16299.15.

I just installed this latest update and I have a little word of warning to everybody. You should put on your best running shoes because this update is so fast and smooth that before you make a cup of coffee you will be running 16299.15.

Updated with no problems and everything is working fine.

Anything under 2 hours will seem like lightning to me. I'm not home so I don't know if it downloaded on it's own or not. I'll know in a couple hours.

Zac is not an MS employee...I believe MS when they say it is RTM. The rest is just pure speculations.
I'm with ya' on this - it ain't RTM til the Ninja Taco Hat Cat sings!

FYI - I have exactly the same options on both my machines for Insider settings. (Check my Computer specs for details)

Both machines has these options in first BOX:

    1. Just fixes, apps and drivers
    2. Active development of Windows
    3. Skip ahead to next Windows release

Second Box Options when switching option in first Box:
Selecting 1. Box becomes disabled and states "Release Preview"
Selecting 2. Box is enabled and has options "Fast" and Slow"
Selecting 3. Box is grayed out and states "Fast"

I don't recall there was ever any official announcement that 15063 was the RTM (or whatever they were calling it at the time) either. But everybody got a fairly strong hint when it was rolled out to the Release Preview Ring.
