I would not say that - I think the statements made by you were not based on the latest information available at the time you made those statements so there was no way you could know what you did not know at the time - yep - that's the way I see it.

So, justifying the non-truth. This sounds like politician speak!

You don't know what you don't know. :) I'm surprised we got a new build today.

Surely you did not read my comments before saying that we would not see a Skip Ahead build for a long time :

I have no idea what you are referring to - I just call'm as I see'm.

    17004 is being a real pain - download - install - download - install - good grief it is a bi-wayual update.

That’s the update method whereby update checks to see what is needed then downloads bits and pieces. I think it would be faster to download all of it and get on with install!

I guess I never really watched that closely before - have Task Master opened to Performance tab - the drive is smokin' at 99%

Anyone else stuck on 16353? I am, and 17004 does not come up at all in WU.

May be forced to go the ISO route, though the particular GSOD issue I had in getting to the last build is not mentioned in the 17004 release notes, so that may not work.
OK - silly question as I did similar recently - you have checked that you are still set to Skip Ahead, and not reverted to normal Fast or Slow Ring builds?

Anybody else getting a black background after the 30% restart? The white spinning circle is in a small box with the usual colored background, but all else is white on a black background.
