So they are going to remove the watermark/timebomb and make this the final build.

So what do you guys think? Is this (16299.15) the one to install if I want the RTM build when it comes out? Since it seems there won't be an actual "upgrade" and rather just updates?

I just had something update on my computer, but I'm still on 16299.0. WU tells me I don't need no updates.

You cannot obtain this build unless you're an Insider. And this won't be RTM.

It may be that the "RTM" build 16299.xxx will not be released as a cumulative update for build 16299.0 but as a full build to remove the watermark and the expiration date, let's wait and see ...
