And in fact it is old as 16299.2 is the latest canary for rs3. Just updated a 16278 Windows 10 Enterprise to 16299.0 in a VM under Debian Sid. So I haver the latest rs3 and rs4 builds. But I really want access to the 17xxx builds of Skippy. Bow Wow

Bow wow here too. No matter how much licking and tail wagging we do, you know as well as the rest of us do, the CU build is going to take presidence over skippy. I don’t think we are going to see skippy builds for some time.

MS is getting close to going RTM so bug fixes are going to be top priority. IMHO build 16299 hasn't been released long enough to be thoroughly tested. My only complaint with the Skippy release is that it's not what I thought it would be. I was expecting all the build updates plus the updates for the store apps. Even though it's not what I expected I would choose it again if offered.

I want access to a 17k build and I thought that's what I'd get with Skippy. I'm not the only one disappointed. I have 16299.0 in VM(s) but have not yet noticed a problem. Obviously, MS Insider found something otherwise 16299.2 would not exist. We all know we are not going to get another 16299 build - nor Skippy. Bah humbug.
