Had a go at using the dictation mode of the touchscreen keyboard, and I was seriously underwhelmed.
It just gets words wrong all the time particularly when they are homonyms.
Ewe khan knot bee serious as JM wood saye.
If you use Cortana, it is clever enough to work out correct words by context.
Nope, I have a revisioned WHQL driver which is working great (it loads and is stable). The officially released version was 381.89 while MS received a few more fix so it's now 381.94. No issues at all. Meanwhile Nvidia already released 382-385.xx divers and forward. Most newer than my current drivers are just specific game optimized, which I don't care about at all, since my hardware can't make any use of any of those optimizations anyway. :)
There is something in the Microsoft documentation about DISM driver commands causing a bloated image, but this is about using DISM to Add a driver, rather than Export as you have done. But it might be the same cause or related?

To install all of the drivers from a folder and all its subfolders, point to the folder and use the /Recurse option.
Warning While /Recurse can be handy, it's easy to bloat your image with it. Some driver packages include multiple .inf driver packages, which often share payload files from the same folder. During installation, each .inf driver package is expanded into a separate folder, each with a copy of the payload files. We've seen cases where a popular driver in a 900MB folder added 10GB to images when added with the /Recurse option.Code:Dism /Image:C:\test\offline /Add-Driver /Driver:c:\drivers /Recurse
