First notification in a Windows IP update about the "Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!ac" for UUPtoISO too.
Maverick, first please accept the fact that I simply refuse to use Leet in any form therefore writing your username with normal traditional alphabet.

Second, do not take this personally, I will just use your post as an example although targeting this post to all members.

So, do you geeks really think that if you have an issue with let's say Repair Install, it would be correct to post about that in How to open elevated Command Prompt tutorial instead of Repair Install tutorial? Or, if you think of it, could it be better to post about your issue on that specific tutorial or thread your issue is directly related with?

I am getting sick and tired in answering all these UUPtoISO issues in every other thread except the UUPtoISO tutorial thread. From now on I will simply ignore all UUPtoISO related posts, issues and questions posted elsewhere, only replying them when posted in UUPtoISO tutorial thread (Installation Upgrade UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files - Windows 10 Forums).

OK, that being said, here's my last reply to UUPtoISO issues outside the tutorial thread:

As f14tomcat posted, you might be running an outdated version of the tool. In addition, you might have missed this post in tutorial thread in question:

Yes, I have been in contact with those AV makers giving false positive, and only recently found out that the issue is not our tool or its installer but the original WimLib script it contains.

I am working on updated tool, will post it before the Fall Creators Update will be released. In the mean time, if any doubts about the tool's integrity, that those really are false positives, use this WimLib script instead: 'Abbodi1406 uup-converter-wimlib_6.7z ' | TextUploader.com

Second, your screenshot also reveals it's the installer, not the tool itself that was falsely flagged. Why don't you just delete the installer, you will not need it after you have used it to install UUPtoISO?

Really geeks: when you have an issue, post it in relevant thread. If your graphic card keeps crashing, it's of no use to post about it in a thread about adding an additional keyboard layout. Just saying...

UUP to ISO is no security issue, any program that so much as thinks about system files is suspect for any security program. Once something is proven as not a threat I just mark as safe, otherwise with all those system tools I have and use, I would go nuts worrying about.

As @Kari (no need to reply pal) says, it is the installer that is the issue not the actual tool.

For heaven's sake, it's NON- ISSUE and not a threat. Who doesn't think so, DO NOT USE it and that's it.

Serving my own needs, having to find out a way to get to UEFI settings on a for me strange computer which I could not boot to Advanced startup options, I came up with this: General Tips Create Shortcut to Boot to UEFI/BIOS Settings - Windows 10 Forums

Hopefully it will help some other geek in need

That's nice, I often have to restart to make changes to BIOS/UEFI settings. Already using shortcuts to Shutdown, Shutdown with hibernate and restart.
That prompted me to get all shutdown commands (shutdown /?) and made a list of them:

    Usage: C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe [/i | /l | /s | /sg | /r | /g | /a | /p | /h | /e | /o] [/hybrid] [/soft] [/fw] [/f]
    [/m \\computer][/t xxx][/d [p|u:]xx:yy [/c "comment"]]

No args Display help. This is the same as typing /?.

/? Display help. This is the same as not typing any options.
/i Display the graphical user interface (GUI).
This must be the first option.
/l Log off. This cannot be used with /m or /d options.
    /s Shutdown the computer.
/sg Shutdown the computer. On the next boot,
    restart any registered applications.
/r Full shutdown and restart the computer.
/g Full shutdown and restart the computer. After the system is
    rebooted, restart any registered applications.
    /a Abort a system shutdown.
This can only be used during the time-out period.
Combine with /fw to clear any pending boots to firmware.
/p Turn off the local computer with no time-out or warning.
Can be used with /d and /f options.
    /h Hibernate the local computer.
Can be used with the /f option.
/hybrid Performs a shutdown of the computer and prepares it for fast startup.
Must be used with /s option.
/fw Combine with a shutdown option to cause the next boot to go to the
    firmware user interface.
/e Document the reason for an unexpected shutdown of a computer.
/o Go to the advanced boot options menu and restart the computer.
Must be used with /r option.
/m \\computer Specify the target computer.
/t xxx Set the time-out period before shutdown to xxx seconds.
The valid range is 0-315360000 (10 years), with a default of 30.
If the timeout period is greater than 0, the /f parameter is
    implied.
/c "comment" Comment on the reason for the restart or shutdown.
    Maximum of 512 characters allowed.
/f Force running applications to close without forewarning users.
The /f parameter is implied when a value greater than 0 is
    specified for the /t parameter.
/d [p|u:]xx:yy Provide the reason for the restart or shutdown.
p indicates that the restart or shutdown is planned.
u indicates that the reason is user defined.
If neither p nor u is specified the restart or shutdown is
    unplanned.
xx is the major reason number (positive integer less than 256).
yy is the minor reason number (positive integer less than 65536).

That most probably means that you forgot to elevate the shortcut (screenshot from tut), or had a syntax error:

The /fw (FirmWare) switch in shutdown command requires elevation. Be sure to check the syntax, the only way to enter the command or use it in a shortcut is as follows:

    shutdown /r /fw

    -- OR --

If shutting down instead of restarting setting PC to boot to UEFI / BIOS settings next time it will be started:

    shutdown /s /fw
