I had one of those annoying lightbulb moments waking you at 3AM where I thought of why I could not get onedrive working in a Hyper-v VM on this version.

I realised I was only using a local account to login to VM, and changed it to MS account, and this time when I ran Onedrivesetup.exe, it worked (although oddly I got a popup about certificate validity and had to click yes to continue).

    After this, it worked fine.

Of course, as you login to onedrive separately, it should not matter if using a local or MS account AFAIK.

It's strange how things come to us at times. It must've been the OneDrive setup wizard that visited you.

Strange thing here as all my graphics went to black & white. LOL. Never seen that before. Thought maybe it was my video card, so I rebooted and first off the reboot screen was in color. Finished rebooting back into it with no change. Rebooted into my CU partition and it's in living color.

Must be the Nvidia driver. Kind of like it, though. Reminds me of 50's/60's TV. LOL.

You didn't happen to hit WinKey+Ctrl+C for 'Grayscale', did ya?

This reminds me of the old analogue standards used in Europe (PAL), and the older US standard (NTSC). The PAL standard was superior with more lines and consistent colouring.

NTSC allegedly stood for "Never Twice Same Colour" ' LOL

I had a TV that was dual PAL/NTSC and I had to use it now and then for NTSC video cassettes, and picture was poor compared with a PAL video.

Lol, by accident I hit that combo very often. I use CTRL+C a lot and the WIN-key is right beside the CTRL-key. Easy to hit more keys than wanted. :)

I know and that was a really strange happening. Glad you were able to get back to Pro. Still thinking it all out, Kari's tut's look
easy enough to do a VHD and a VM but dual boot looks really easy to do and I have the room on my SSD.

That was it! That's the answer. Ding ding ding ding ding! You won! Give that man a Cupie doll!

Thanks, Edwin. I've seen Grayscale, but never used it before. Never knew there was a key combo for it. Learn something new every day.

It doesn't work here in CU 15063 on both machines. Might be a different combo?

15063 does not have support for Color Filters, thus you can not go grayscale just like that.
