It can not be confirmed that the update was downloaded and run via Winver since, as it says above, this update did not change the number of the build, apparently it is a simple update for a video extension called HEVC and only it is downloaded in compatible equipment (I took this information from MDL).

That could be a sign that 16294 is the RTM build perhaps but seems a little early yet. Conventional update of non RTM Insider versions is quite rare but not unheard of.

On compatible hardware, you get the following message from the Store:
    KB4041994 Update for Windows 10 version 1709-hevc.jpg
Notice it says "This product is installed" if your hardware supports hevc, and you've installed the update/extension.

Ahh sorry guys but why I got this on a non insider Windows 10? Just installed the Fall Creators Update and it's working great for now but I got this new update called KB4041994 I was looking for it and the only place I could find this number 4041994 was here!

This mysterious 4041994 do not even asked for a restart! Should I be worried?

No need to be worried, I also got this update on one of my non-insider PC's with the HEVC video extension. It does not need a restart.
