Well it nearly worked - created small windows.old on c drive with large window.tmp file on usb drive. Used about 65% of battery.

However, none of the action items in task menu worked. Will try a rollback once recharged out of interest. I that fails, good old Reflect to the Rescue.
Rollback was a complete failure. So I am stuck with an OS that does not work ' I cannot even get to settings or powershell etc.

Time for good old Macrium Reflect to come to the rescue.

Bummer. The same thing happened to me, after 16294.1 was performing beautifully. Rebooted from Linux and I could not get into settings or run much of anything (except for FF Nightly!). I restored to 16362 Fast/Skip and am hoping for a new build today.
I use AOEMI Backupper to make my images and its great.

Here is the new Canary on the Fast/Skip track. They are getting ready to merge the tracks on a 17xxx build. When will it appear here? This is rs4

What exactly does this mean? - I get the "no build teasers" part - I get the "no major features" part - does "mostly bug fix releases" mean there will be builds released for mostly fixing bugs?

Did I miss the part where she say we WILL or WILL NOT get new builds?

Didn't miss a thing. All serious talk, now. Unlikely for any Skippy, at least very near future. Dotting "I"s and crossing "T"s and all that. Could get a bug-fix build at any time without much notice, if any. It won't be long before they cement the final build number and start attacking it with cumulatives until the 17th.

    All just IMHO......
