    Brink,

This update does not apply to Windows 10. It is only for Outlook 2007 running on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista.

The MS download centre says so and my own WU run does not identify this update as being required.

It is not unusual for Outlook 2007 updates to apply to just some OSs.
